HIIT & Lift Group Training

High-energy, coach-led sessions that combine strength and conditioning in a structured group setting.

Offered through private small-groups or community workouts with group sizes ranging from 2 to 25+ participants depending upon needs and space available.

Corporate Wellness

With the corporate workforce in mind, we bring the gym to your office or retreat location to deliver on-site, group workouts.

Ryan Johns is a strength and conditioning coach with over 15 years of experience in personal training and athlete performance.

Operating as Head Strength Coach and eventually owning a gym in the Nashville area, his career is centered around building programs and delivering effective workouts to those across various ages, fitness levels, and aspirations.

Now serving Denver and surrounding areas, Ryan’s approach combines proven programming, accountability, and attention to detail—delivering training that’s as intentional as it is effective.
